Our International Curriculum Montessori has a proven, over a hundred-year-long history of nurturing children across the world to take ownership of their own learning. Similarly, the  International Baccalaureate (IB)  has, over the last 50 years, successfully groomed children into caring and active participants in a life-long journey of learning. Children who work within the Montessori method are ahead of the curve. They tend to excel because they are guided to challenge themselves and follow their innate desire to learn. To transform the early years for each child and family through enriched learning and living experiences. It is in the early years that the seeds for a joyful, curious, life-long love for learning are sown and grown. Kai believes, it takes a village to raise a child. And so, we nurture and support not only children, but also teachers, families, caregivers, and the communities that scaffold them.

Kai is inspired by the word   kaii   which means ‘hand’ in several South Indian languages. It also recalls the Latin word   kai   meaning ‘happy’. Our hands are our tools of wonder. With them, we create, craft and share. When joined, they protect, nurture and express. When linked with others, they build community. At Kai, we enable truly joyful learning experiences for each child. The hand is also a sum of its parts, each finger bearing a unique fingerprint at Kai. We are a supportive community where each child is cared for and all stakeholders are valued. Together, we thrive.
